This award is given to an employee who has actively promoted equality in the workplace, regardless of gender, disability, faith and ethnicity, sexual identity and socio-economic disadvantage. The employee champions equality, diversity and human rights every day. They have also had significant achievements in ensuring that the climate of the organisation is characterized by inclusivity and organizational equity through leveraging the varied attributes of diversity in our teams.
