Category Criteria
- The team demonstrates consistent high commitment and possesses quality in carrying out their responsibilities in the organisation and consistently lives the values.
- During the year the team demonstrated exceptional performance to the department, BU or organisation as a whole.
- During the year the team contributed to the department, BU or organisation as a whole by introducing innovative new ways of working, introduction of new systems or processes, policies or practices to improve efficiencies and drive high performing culture.
- Recognizes a team who has demonstrated excellence by developing a breakthrough idea, process or technology and shown its transformational potential to improve lives of employees and /or and create economic value.
- Demonstrated excellence in environmental stewardship through the implementation of innovative sustainable actions or working in creative partnerships to improve and protect the environment and contribute to a healthier society.
